One of my favorite Jrock artists. :heart:_:heart: MIYAVI!
The only album of his I have is "Miyavizm", so I used the clothing, etc. he was wearing during the shoot for the album art (added glasses, of course, cos I've seen him wearing similar elsewhere) to make an entry for ~AnimeFreaks's contest! :D Lol it's due tonight...and I have an hour before bed to eat dinner and do all my homework. Go me. XD;
Went for drawing in a style somewhat referenced by Death note, coloring style inspired by ~xOtaruxSushix.
About 5-6 hours, 18 layers, PSP8.
Photo reference from ~FRACTUREDFAIRY stock.
Miyavi © himself, duh.
EDIT 3-28-07: Darkened skin shading, changed background, lightened shading on accessories, added texture to shirt.

Is he really that good? I see his picture a lot but I've never heard his music. With so many people liking him, maybe I should... hmm...

Iunno if you'd like him. ^^; He does rock with a hint of metal most of the time, but has a few more melodic sort of pieces. Some of his videos are on YouTube...

DUDE, like... dude. You totally own. Like pure and total rockage. o.o He looks SO GOOD! For seriously. The skin turned out wonderfully and that hair! o_o <3

His eye for some reason really pulls on my attention, though. It's so pretty.

That's freaking awesome, I love the cocky attitude it gives off! You captured that so very, very well.

And he's a good musician too. I love his song "Kekkonshiki No Uta" and "Selfish Love" he's an insane guitarist.
